1. 30-day return right

Ramsoy.fi offers consumer customers a 30-day return right from receipt of the product.

You may notify us of a return within 30 days of receiving the product by contacting customer service at social@ramsoy.fi.

This voluntary return right supplements the statutory 14-day withdrawal right and does not restrict your rights under consumer protection law.

After the statutory withdrawal period, the voluntary return right requires that:

The product is unused, uninstalled and undamaged.
The product has not been cut, drilled, glued or altered.
The product is in its original packaging or otherwise adequately protected.
An order number or other proof of purchase can be provided.

2. Statutory 14-day withdrawal right

As a rule, consumers have the right to withdraw from an online order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason.

If an order is delivered in several consignments, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last consignment.

Withdrawal must be clearly notified before the withdrawal period expires. Notification may be made by email to social@ramsoy.fi or through the withdrawal function provided in the online store.

The product packaging may be opened and the product inspected to establish its characteristics in the same way as in a shop.

If the product is handled beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics and functioning, the customer may be liable for diminished value.

Opening the original packaging alone does not automatically remove the statutory withdrawal right.

3. Starting a return

To start a return, contact our customer service by email at social@ramsoy.fi.

Include your order number, contact details, and the products and quantities to be returned.

Pack returned products carefully to avoid transport damage.

Exercising the statutory withdrawal right does not require approval of a return request. Products must be sent back no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal.

We recommend contacting customer service before sending a return so we can provide the necessary return instructions.

4. Return costs

When a customer returns a non-defective product, for example because they changed their mind, they bear the direct return transport costs.

Return costs depend on shipment size, weight and the selected shipping service.

If the product cannot be returned as a normal postal parcel, the amount or estimate of return costs will be communicated before the order is placed.

If the product is defective, damaged in transit or delivered incorrectly, Ramsoy.fi bears the necessary costs of remedying the fault as required by law.

5. Returning wall panels

Wall panels must be packed carefully to prevent transport damage.

We recommend using the original packaging where possible.

After the statutory withdrawal right expires, the voluntary 30-day return right does not cover panels that have been installed, cut, glued or otherwise altered.

The statutory withdrawal right for products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be restricted in accordance with the law.

Ordering standard-size panels in a quantity chosen by the customer does not by itself make the product custom-made.

6. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Check the condition of the products as soon as possible after receiving delivery.

If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact social@ramsoy.fi.

If possible, include the order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We will investigate and provide a remedy under consumer protection law, such as repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase, depending on the circumstances.

Statutory rights arising from a product defect are not limited to the 30-day return period.

7. Discounted products and promotional orders

Products purchased at a discount or promotional price have the same statutory consumer protection rights as full-price products.

Ramsoy.fi's voluntary 30-day return right also applies to ordinary discounted products under the conditions stated in this policy.

If a return affects eligibility for a quantity or cart discount granted to the order, any refund calculations will follow the promotional terms communicated at the time of ordering and applicable law.

8. Refunds

For statutory withdrawal, we refund payments received from the customer without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notification.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or the customer has provided evidence of sending them back.

We also refund the original delivery costs at the rate of our cheapest standard delivery option. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer do not have to be refunded.

For returns under the voluntary 30-day return right, we refund the purchase price of eligible products after receipt and inspection. Original delivery costs are not refunded for voluntary returns after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period unless separately agreed.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer.

Bank or payment provider processing times may affect when the refund appears in the customer's account.
